Sori Yanagi's Culinary Masterpieces 柳宗理: Award-Winning Cutlery Collection
Designed in 1974 by the Japanese design maestro Sori Yanagi, the stainless steel cutlery set is widely recognised as a masterpiece that blends skilfully classic occidental tableware with Japanese aesthetic and sensibility. Developed after a long process of prototyping - conducted by Sori Yanagi himself, as he personally tested each of his design - and made in Niigata, the cradle of Japanese metalware, this set embodies the perfect blend between Japanese amazing craftsmanship and its essential and functional design.
The cutlery is sturdy, rust-resistant, and easy to clean. Since its release in 1974, the cutlery has been loved by many people today.
