Sori Yanagi's Saucepan, A Staple in Every Japanese Home.

The Sori Yanagi Saucepan is carefully made of alloy. The 18-8 stainless steel is strongly resistant to corrosion, 18-Ti stainless steel makes this pan induction cooker compatible, and aluminum is placed between both steels for excellent thermal-conductivity.

• Hand wash recommended.
